Bus Duct Monitoring Solution

Bus duct temperature monitoring solution can solve the problem of safe temperature measurement and accurate measurement of bus duct temperature. The devices are mainly used in online temperature monitoring system of densely insulated busbar connectors in various fields.

Principal functions:

①AMB100 or AMB110 is usually installed in the busbar start box and plug-in box;
②Measurement: AC or DC bus voltage, current, harmonics and other parameters;
③Realize temperature monitoring of busbar plug interface;
④AMB200 is usually installed in the connector of the dense AC busbar and can monitor the temperature and humidity in the connector;
⑤Communication: LoRa or RS485;
⑥AMB300 and AMB310 infrared temperature measurement modules;

①ATP007kt/ATP010kt HMI		• 7 or 10 inch touch screen; • Real-time monitoring and display of voltage, current, power, energy, power quality, switch status, wave curve, etc. of the bus bar; • Monitoring device alarm, communication and other parameters can be set on the screen; • 2 RS485 and 1 Ethernet, and data can be uploaded via RS485 or RJ45;
②AMB100-A-P1/AMB110-A-P1 AC Monitoring Modules of Electrical Parameters of Bus Ducts		• Installation: 35mm DIN rail; • Measurement: Three-phase electrical parameters, 2DI2DO, 8/4 temperature, 1 leakage current, 1 temperature and humidity; • Communication: RJ45 interface type 1 in 1 output (Modbus protocol);
③AMB100-D-P1/AMB110-D-P1 DC Monitoring Modules of Electrical Parameters of Bus Ducts		• Installation: 35mm DIN rail; • Measurement: 1/3 electrical parameters of DC circuits, 4DI2DO, 8/4 temperature, 1 leakage current, 1 temperature and humidity; • ±12V output to power the Hall current sensor; • Communication: RJ45 interface type 1 in 1 output (Modbus protocol);
④AMB200-LR/AMB200-C Low Voltage Bus Duct Temperature Measurement Module		• Installation: Fixed on the busbar connection cover; • Contact temperature measurement, temperature measurement and display of 4 AC bus bars • Communication: RS485 or LoRa
⑤AMB300 Infrared Temperature Measurement Module		• Two-bus communication, real-time online detection of a large-scale die temperature. It must be used with an infrared temperature measurement manifold and fed from the manifold.
⑥AMB310 Infrared Temperature Measurement Collector		• 2 downlink two bus communication channels, up to 160 infrared temperature measurement modules can be collected, 2 RS485 communication channels to monitoring system or touch screen, DC24V-30V power supply
